Lots of things to say but just know I'm back!

Definitely back in that mode!!

Full Body Friday was a success...a little mid but definitely a success...that first day back is the hardest 😆

Weights were low asf [10 and 15 pounds] and reps were like 6-8...but I did 4 sets.

Honestly it's not even about the weights and sets right now though. I'm just so happy to be getting back to my flow

Working out really is my jam I feel so much better mentally and physically when I'm in this zone.

Minor setbacks for a major comeback...always been a warrior..and always come back harder.

Thanks for everyone who reached out....I promise I'm good...we back at it just know that!

HAPPY FRIDAY FAM ✌️ ☮️ ❤️

... Read moreGetting back into a workout routine after any break can definitely be challenging, especially when you’re trying to regain momentum. I’ve found that starting light—like with 10 to 15-pound weights and lower reps—can help rebuild strength without overwhelming the body. Doing multiple sets, even with lighter weights, helps gradually condition muscles and boosts confidence. What’s been a game changer for me is shifting focus from just lifting heavy to enjoying the process and getting into the flow of movement. This mindset has improved my mental health significantly; working out becomes more than just physical exercise, it’s a mental reset. I also noticed that embracing minor setbacks as part of the journey keeps my motivation high. Whether it’s feeling tired or not hitting previous goals right away, I remind myself it’s all about consistency and patience. Always coming back harder means learning from those initial struggles and celebrating progress, no matter how small. For anyone struggling to restart their fitness path, I’d recommend integrating 'Full Body Friday' style workouts—you engage all major muscle groups, which helps improve overall fitness and builds endurance. Plus, the routine provides something to look forward to each week. Most importantly, remember to listen to your body and mind. The mental health benefits from regular exercise are incredible, helping reduce stress and improve mood. Sharing your progress or challenges with a supportive community also makes a huge difference, as I’ve experienced firsthand with friends reaching out. Keep pushing forward, celebrate every win, and know that every step back can lead to a stronger comeback.
