Countries Your $$$ Will Go Far In 💸🤑

🇵🇪 Peru – Fine dining restaurants start as low as $25, with normal meals averaging $9-$12. Alcoholic beverages cost on avg. $5 USD! Some cheap activities I did was half day tour (4 hours) for $50, Barcrawl for $15 and Day trip to Paracas, Ballestas Island, Huacachina and Dune Buggying for a total of $140!

🇬🇹 Guatemala – Better for exploring on your own rather than booking activities, I never spent more than $5 on a activity except for ziplining. Antigua is especially cheap and perfect for a day trip (check out my day guides!)

🇵🇦 Panama – Great for history and nightlife buffs, museums are either free or no more than $10, with bars having shots costing $2-3 each! Head to San Blas Islands ($100-$150) or hike San Carlos Lagoon ($55).

In Guatemala, the focus is on self-exploration, where most local activities cost around $5. Antigua, a historic city, is perfect for day trips and immersing yourself in local culture. It’s an ideal place to discover nature and vibrant markets without a hefty price tag. Meanwhile, Panama caters to both history buffs and nightlife enthusiasts with a plethora of museums, many offering free or very inexpensive entry. Enjoy nightlife with drinks starting at just $2 and plan excursions to stunning natural sites like San Blas Islands. With so many affordable options across these countries, it's easy to see why they are perfect for budget-conscious travelers eager for memorable adventures.
