Tonight’s Dinner
Leg Quarters- roasted in butter, herbs, and garlic on 425 for 1 hr 30 minutes, I broil the last 5 minutes for a crisp skin.
Baby potatoes- tossed in Olive oil, salt, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Air fried at 400 for 10 minutes.
Broccoli- I just love shredded cheese on my broccoli lol but totally not necessary.
