Simple Caeser Salad
My raw vegan friend brought me her homemade chickpea “chicken”. The crust was sooo good. Didn’t exactly taste like chicken, but it had the crunch I needed.
This is what I had in it:
Iceberg lettuce [I know it’s the worst lettuce 🙄]
A whole diced cucumber
Cashew dressing and random salt-free spices I could find in the cabinet
You can top it off with whatever kind of cheese or non-cheese you like. I like almond flakes.
I’m currently on one meal a day #omad with my chlorophyll and aloe Vera juice in the morning and before bed. I’ll drink my herbal root teas whenever.
