For example, visiting early in the morning or late evening often means shorter wait times for equipment and a quieter space. Secondly, think about different modes of transportation. Walking or cycling can be excellent options if your gym is nearby—this adds a warm-up or cool-down element to your session. If you drive or use public transport, try to find a gym with accessible parking or convenient transit stops to eliminate hassle. Another tip is to prepare your gym bag the night before. Having your workout clothes, shoes, headphones, and water bottle ready helps you avoid delays and excuses on your way. Finally, setting a regular schedule can build a reliable habit.
