I also incorporated lutein supplements into my routine, which are known for their antioxidant properties that protect our eyes from harmful blue light and oxidative stress. Foods rich in lutein, like spinach and kale, were added to my diet as well. Additionally, I adjusted my screen settings—lowering brightness and increasing text size—to make viewing easier. Wearing blue light glasses at night helped me reduce the chance of eye fatigue impacting my sleep. Finally, staying hydrated and ensuring adequate sleep were crucial parts of maintaining eye health. These steps combined have made a difference, allowing me to enjoy screen time without the usual discomfort. Anyone struggling with tired eyes can try these adjustments to nurture their vision and enhance overall eye care.
