DIY CHAGEE Pouch in just a few steps! SWIPE >>>

Bought too much #chagee but not sure what to do with your #carrier? Here’s something you can consider and #DIY 🤓 P.S. you can either turn it into a #slingbag (able to put phone, wallet, tissue packet, and even a hand sanitizer), or just turn it into a #handbag !

Materials you will need:

1. CHAGEE bag (small)

2. Scissors

3. Double-sided tape

4. String

5. Hole puncher

(optional) Stapler

Instructions:

1. Draw a line along the collar bones of CHAGEE lady and cut along it. Identify the first line after cutting, and fold inwards along it. You may secure by pasting the double-side tape underneath.

2. [VERSION 1 - SLING POUCH] Compress and flatten the carrier. Punch a hole on each on the top left and top right corner of the carrier. Open it up and you should have a total of 8 holes - 4 on each side.

3. Measure about 49 inches of the string and cut it. Loop it through all 8 holes and tie a dead knot where the ends meet.

4. Tada your DIY CHAGEE sling #pouch is done! It’s even adjustable - you can sling it or shorten the strings on two ends to turn it into a hand carry!

5. [VERSION 2 - HANDBAG] From the top part that was cut out, snip out the handles.

6. Tape all the ends of the handle and paste it back inside the carrier. You might want to secure it by stapling or sewing it!

7. DIY CHAGEE Handbag done!

... Read moreIf you've ever wondered about creative ways to repurpose your CHAGEE paper bags beyond their original use, here’s my experience with making two functional bags from them. One thing I found useful was carefully folding and securing the bag edges with double-sided tape, which gave my pouch a sturdy shape suitable for holding essentials like my phone and wallet. Additionally, to personalize the sling bag, I adjusted the string length to fit comfortably over my shoulder or carried it as a hand bag, depending on my mood and occasion. For securing the handles on the handbag version, I learned that using staples works well if you don’t want to sew—it's quick and adds durability. People often ask about the best string types; I recommend using a strong cotton or nylon string for longevity. Also, if you want to enhance the look, you might decorate your DIY bag with patches or fabric paints. Overall, this DIY activity not only reduces waste by recycling your CHAGEE bags but also gives you a unique accessory that suits your lifestyle. Plus, it's an easy project that requires minimal supplies and time, making it perfect for anyone wanting a fun and practical craft at home.

Date idea - DIY your own preserved flower bouquet
For girls who love receiving flowers from their partner, you need to consider this date idea that is more meaningful and (possibly more affordable) than buying a ready-made bouquet from a physical store. For our 1st anniversary, my boyfriend surprised me and brought me to a preserved flower shop
