2025/12/23 Edited to

Trying new things can be a refreshing way to energize your routine and discover hidden passions. Whether it’s a new hobby, a food recipe, a travel destination, or a wellness practice, stepping outside your familiar habits can lead to surprising benefits like improved creativity and mental well-being. If you’re curious about what to try next, consider simple yet impactful options such as exploring a new genre of music, trying a unique cuisine, or engaging in a creative craft project. Each of these activities can open doors to new communities and experiences. Additionally, embracing new challenges can foster personal growth and resilience. Even small experiments with novelty can boost your confidence and help you connect with others who share your interests. Remember, the key is to approach new experiences with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. Life gets richer when you say yes to trying something different. So, if you haven’t tried this yet, you absolutely should. It might just become your next favorite thing!

Have you ever tried this one? 😏

Having 2 under 2 doesn’t always give me a lot of time to get my work out in so I get it in where I can. I love using the sesh app for workouts at home. I’m currently doing strength x Pilates by sesh in the mornings (4:30am baby) & fit in 30 by sesh at the gym before I have to pick up my kiddos.
