Consistency was the key factor in my success. Even when progress was slow, I reminded myself that small steps accumulate into significant change. I learned that self-love and patience play important roles — celebrating non-scale victories like increased energy and confidence helped me stay on track. For moms and women juggling multiple responsibilities, this approach is sustainable and realistic. I've maintained my 23kg weight loss for over three years now and am passionate about helping other women globally achieve their health goals through similar principles. Remember, it’s not about perfection but persistence and making choices that honor your well-being.
