After having a baby, many women struggle with feeling like they are not the same as before pregnancy, facing issues like weight gain, thyroid problems, and irregular periods. Personally, I understand this journey well. At my heaviest during pregnancy, I weighed about 90kg and felt mentally overwhelmed and physically drained. Post-pregnancy, my weight was around 80kg, and dealing with thyroid issues made losing weight feel even more challenging.
