Starting a weight loss journey after pregnancy can be both challenging and rewarding. In my experience, patience and consistency were key to achieving my goals. Initially, I weighed 80kg and gradually worked my way down to a healthy 56kg by embracing a combination of home workouts and balanced nutrition. This mindset helped me stay motivated even on days when results seemed slow. Dropping 4 clothing sizes and feeling more active and healthy were signs that my efforts were paying off. I focused on exercises that strengthened my core and promoted overall well-being, adjusting the intensity as my stamina improved. Sharing my experiences with others going through similar journeys also boosted my morale. I also noticed improvements in my skin and energy levels, which reinforced the importance of holistic health rather than just numbers on the scale.
