During my first postpartum phase, I managed to shed 10 kg in about two months, which felt motivating. However, after my second pregnancy, despite breastfeeding, I struggled initially due to a high thyroid condition and persistent low energy. One of the most helpful changes I made was focusing on nutrition rather than just calorie counting. I started incorporating more whole foods and balanced meals to support my thyroid health. Small habit changes like regular light exercise, adequate hydration, and consistent sleep schedules made a surprising difference in my energy levels. Losing 23 kg after my second pregnancy was not an overnight success but a gradual process that required patience and persistence. Fitting back into my Vivah suit from years ago was a proud moment showing that age and motherhood are no barriers to feeling fit and confident.
