Next up: the 12th floor corner unit — and this one really had me in my feelings. Still a 2 bed / 2 bath, but the wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room were the star. The layout flowed beautifully, but unfortunately, the view was slightly blocked by a nearby building. At nearly $5,000/month (utilities not included), that did make me pause.
Now let’s talk amenities. 1213 Walnut truly came through:
• A full co-working lounge with booths, tables, and private workspaces
• A fun game room with a pool table, Pac-Man, and even a Scrabble wall (which I claimed with “JASTINATIONS,” obviously)
