My Jerk seasoning:

allspice

cinnamon

ginger

cumin

crushed red chilli flakes

paprika

Chilli powder

onion powder

garlic powder

pepper & salt

-let your chicken marinade in the seasoning overnight or during the day

- cook your chicken first

-allow your chicken to cool before wrapping

-chop your cooled off chicken into small pieces

-mix your cabbage with the chicken in a big bowl and give it a good mix until everything is combined

-scoop a good amount in your egg roll wrapper and wrap it goes so it doesn't fall apart

-fry untill golden brown and your ready to eat!
