Summer Grilling

Any cut of meat can be slapped on a grill, from beef to shrimp here four meals to inspired you to pull out the grill this summer. The first meal I call Dinosaur Bones because they look so massive! But they're actually just beef short ribs. Prepared on the grill the three bones that came in the pack provided 3 different meals. This meat is kinda thick to eat like pork ribs, so I decided to cook it while on the bone but serve off the bone. Next is a simple mini hamburger, this could be a cute little quick meal that you make after work one day. Maybe you have meat and no buns but you want hamburger 🤷🏾‍♀️ this could be an option. Next are pork and pineapple skewers. Pop the meat off the skewer, pair it with rice and now you have a BBQ pork rice bowl. Lastly coconut shrimp is another quick and refreshing meal to slap on the grill. They don't take long to cook either. So let's get cooking outside!
