Got invited to #nikon ZR Exclusive Launch for NPS
I'm still deciding if this is a good hybrid cam. Found a few interesting answers I was looking for.
Generally it beats all its competitors currently in the market for its price. (almost half of what its competitors cost)

After trying the Nikon ZR at the recent launch event, I was impressed by how well its eye AF (autofocus) performs, especially in real-world shooting conditions. For photographers like me who seek reliable autofocus in a lightweight camera, this is a big plus. It’s also worth noting that the Nikon ZR offers hybrid capabilities that blend mirrorless performance with affordability. From my experience, the camera is ideal for hobbyists and enthusiasts who want solid image quality without paying premium prices. I appreciate that Nikon packed a lot of features found in expensive models but kept the cost approachable. I still plan to test it more, especially comparing image stabilization and video capabilities, but so far, it’s a strong contender. If anyone has used the Nikon ZR extensively, particularly for fast-moving subjects or low-light photography, I’d be interested to learn about your experiences. This could help me decide if it’s the right upgrade from my older models.
