Test Anxiety

I just finished taking my ATI dosage test, and let's just say anxiety is real. I studied and did practice questions, only getting two wrongs during practice. However, as soon as the test started, my mind went blank. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that could help me? I'm open to any suggestions.
