Another key aspect is emotional intelligence, which includes recognizing your own emotions, understanding the feelings of others, and responding appropriately. This practice helps in preventing unnecessary drama and keeps interactions genuine. Additionally, maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on solutions rather than problems encourages a peaceful environment. Avoiding engaging in gossip or manipulative behaviors further reduces potential games that can harm relationships.
