Why do many people say, "A newbie can wear it, it doesn't hurt?"
It must be admitted that the new generation of carbon shoes has developed very far.

2. Training Strength Training in tandem
- Must play muscle, leg, calf, and body core to allow the body to cope with the force of the shoe.
3. Listen to body sounds. Don't just look at speed:
- If you finish running and feel a pain in your back, hamstring, or shin. That's a warning sign, "We're not ready for this pair." Get back on your support shoes.
Carbon shoes are "weapons" like a high-horsepower sports car that anyone can drive, but to drive safely and not to break the curve. Drivers must have strong enough skills and bodies.
