What is "Super Trainer"? Why do people start to hit carbon?
If you talk about the running industry for the last three or four years, the word "carbon-plated shoe" is almost the item that every runner has to have because they wear and run, breaking the PB record.
But if anyone follows the running industry, there is a new word that is overtaking the curve, which is the word "Super Trainer." Why do many people start to replace their shoulders with pure carbon?
What is a "Super Trainer"?
Simply put, Super Trainer is to combine the "bounce" of racing shoes with the "comfort" of training shoes.
Racing shoes normally have a hard carbon pad to eject, but Super Trainers will use the method:
- Super Foam: Make a thick, soft, bouncy floor, save strength
- Use more flexible pads: e.g., nylon pads, plastic, or some models have no pads at all, but instead emphasize the rolling sole shape flowing forward.
- Stable Structure: The shoe base is wider than the racing shoes, making it easy to run and not lean. Balance
Why do people hit more than carbon shoes?
Although carbon shoes are fast, they are not suitable for everyday wear, and this is why Super Trainers come to the answer here:
1. Preserving feet and reducing injury risk
Carbon pads are stiff. If our muscles are not strong enough, they can be used to practice every day. They can cause calf, hamstring, or plantar injuries. The more flexible Super Trainer is more physically friendly than the long-range practice without the legs being too tired.
2. Be a good all-round "duck" shoe
Carbon shoes are usually "fast" (slow and slow), but Super Trainers are designed to run easy runs, or Tempo / Interval is responsive, called single pairs, covering most forms of practice.
3. Durability and cost-effectiveness
Most racing shoes have a very short life (some 200-300 km foam is starting to crumble). The fabric face is fragile because it focuses on rolling weight, but the Super Trainer has a more durable rubber sole. The fabric face is slightly thicker, making it last longer. Worth more money compared to kilometers.
4. It doesn't have to be "strong legs," it's fun to wear.
Some people just want shoes to run and feel fun, bouncy, and not eat hard, and they don't want to break the world record. So Super Trainers answer new runners to fun runners.
