They are both very beautiful. They are different formulas but the Ulta Beauty is cream like but really does blend into powder like finish. There is also a little more pink glitter in the Ulta Beauty shadow but they look very similar! The Urban Decay is a little more pigmented but they’re both buildable & you can build the Ulta Beauty shadow up similarly. So if your like me & LOVE a glitter sparkly, inner eyeshadow moment or some glitter on the lid, the Ulta Beauty Cream eyeshadow IS A DUPE in my opinion for the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Single. $24 is a little much for a single eyeshadow (I didn’t really realize until after I paid & saw receipt) so save some $$ with the Ulta beauty single shadow.
