I been dealing with a lot in life like everyone does .But for me been hard to control my emotions, and ,temper, the pain .I’ve gone through in past relationships and in my childhood been tough .Im so stuck in the past pain that I forget I have a beautiful family with me by my side and someone who loves me and my son that is healthy and beautiful.But my depression ,panic attacks from anxiety, my overthinking .God is with me and I am a mom I forgot who I am I lost who am but with god love and lots of faith Ian getting through it .this is to all the moms out their feeling like they aren’t enough or they can’t anymore your not alone I love these box cards they motivate me so much found them in a thrift store :)#yournotalone #mommejourney #momswithdepression #christianmotherhood #grievingmom
