Faith on the Rise: Christian Music Charts Big!
⭐️ Did you know his hit song “Your Way Better” has a trending Tik Tok Dance??
I discovered it on Thursday when I visited his IG page and it made so much sense! His grandpa mentioned a dance on the beginning of his album and I had no idea what he was talking about lol
Forrest Frank's genre-bending sound proves faith-based music can be both authentic and fun!!
(The highlighted songs are my favorite, they aren’t that many skips — and the album consists of 18 songs!!)
When other artists have tried to mesh secular beats with gospel it tends to be very cringy. However, Forrest’s keen sense of this, has changed my mind on the limits gospel music could go.
📝BACKGROUND: The past 2 years or so I have been developing a more personal relationship with the Lord. And in doing so, I realized I haven’t been keeping up to date on the Christian music that was out there.
Then I happened to stumble upon Forrest Frank, and praise God that I did! 🎉
💿 ALBUM REVIEW: “Child of God II” is Forrest’s sophomore gospel album and it’s on par with the first one! In my opinion, he has started to develop a signature sound.
His production team does a STELLAR job of grabbing beats from secular music, making it their own, and incorporating a gospel flare ✨
The songs are equally as catchy as they are meaningful! God truly has diving timing as this is perfect time for him to rise to popularity. The number of young Christian’s on the rise, coupled with his presence on Tik Tok, makes him a force to be reckoned with!!
INTERESTING FACT: “After years of declining congregations, the most dramatic increase in churchgoing, according to the research, is among young men” 🤯
I knew that the ages 18-34 have shown a renewed interest in being part of the body of church, but I was shocked to hear that the most dramatic increase is with men!! I usually associate church with higher women attendance.
God is doing something… and I am SO EXCITED that am part of this number! 🥹
The Lord knows we need it in times like these…
