Instead of trying to consistently worry and stress about my life and health. I have decided to change to peace and let God handle my life. God has really been my comfort and therapist. Reading Christian books and enjoying the morning sun and nature has been relaxing. Coping with anxiety, stress, and worry has been really hard these past 6 months but God has opened my eyes and told me “let me handle it”. All I was doing was destroying my health and my life (family). It’s taking time but day by day I feel improvement. Believe it or not cyberchondria is real!!!!
