This approach complements prayer and meditation on scriptures such as Proverbs 18:21, which highlights the life-giving or destructive power of the tongue. Incorporating these truth-filled declarations can significantly improve mental health by countering lies that create doubt and fear. It’s about consciously choosing to reject toxic narratives and embracing the identity that God affirms for each of us.
