Tweezers or a toothpick: Handy for positioning your delicate flowers. Now, for the 'how-to'! I usually start by carefully selecting and arranging my dried flowers within the silicone molds. This is where your creativity truly shines! I like to play around with different flower combinations and colors. Once I'm happy with the layout, I mix my two-part epoxy resin according to the package instructions. It's super important to measure accurately and mix thoroughly to ensure a proper cure. Next, I pour a thin layer of resin into the mold, just enough to cover the bottom. Then, using my tweezers, I gently place my preserved flowers from my garden onto this layer. The final touch is attaching the earring hardware. I typically use a tiny drill bit to make a small hole at the top of each resin piece, then I attach a jump ring and an earring hook using my jewelry pliers. Voila!
