My recent visit to Shu Bakery at Space@Kovan was such a refreshing cafe experience! I went there mainly to work and try their hot latte, which was smooth, rich, and had impressive latte art that really enhanced the overall vibe. Although I was too full to indulge in the food that day, Shu Bakery's diverse menu caught my eye for my next visits. From the OCR content, the menu offers an impressive range of options beyond just pastries. For breakfast or brunch, try their multigrain oat porridge with nutritious ingredients like red rice, goji berries, and coconut milk, or the avocado toast topped with fresh basil and house citrus salt. There are also savory choices such as duck rillette, egg salad with maple bacon, and even uni scrambled eggs that promise a burst of umami flavor.
