As moms, we wish we could take away every anxious thought our kids have.

But sometimes the best thing we can do is give them a safe space to release it.

That’s exactly why I created this Digital Anxiety Journal for moms and teen girls — a place to write, reflect, and process emotions in a healthy way.

Because learning how to understand your feelings is a skill that lasts a lifetime. 🤍

... Read moreAs a mom, I’ve come to realize that sometimes teens find it much easier to write down their feelings than to talk about them openly. This Digital Anxiety Journal offers a unique and comforting space where they can release thoughts and emotions when life feels overwhelming. Writing not only helps to express anxiety but also encourages self-reflection and emotional clarity. From my experience, when my daughter started journaling, it became clear that she felt less burdened by worries and more equipped to understand her own feelings. Creating a routine around journaling helped her slow down amidst the chaos of teenage life and external pressures. It’s more than just putting words on paper; it’s about developing emotional awareness and resilience. This journal also serves as a parenting tool, giving moms insight into what their teens might be struggling with internally, sometimes without even needing to initiate a difficult conversation. The act of journaling creates a bridge of trust and understanding, empowering teen girls to face anxiety with peace and calm within themselves. If your teen is reluctant to open up, encouraging writing through such a journal can be a gentle step toward anxiety relief and mental health support. It’s a practical way to nurture emotional intelligence and promote healthy coping skills that last a lifetime.

A child sits in a shopping cart, and another child is in a red car-shaped cart, both inside a Target store. Text overlay discusses societal expectations that mothers 'can't' do certain things.
Two young girls sit on a green bin outdoors, with a house and car in the background. Text overlay states 'Can't complain' and 'Who told you to have the baby?'
Three children are on a pink blanket on the floor; two older girls look at devices while a baby lies nearby. Text overlay says 'Can't Cry' and questions why a mother would cry.
