The lunges and single leg split squats were the hardest part about this workout for me! She was on the flat end of the BOSU the entire time and I was not having that up on the table. So I modified a bit and it was still plenty hard!
Have you ever tried working out on a Cadillac? This piece of equipment is one of many apparatus in the classical repertoire. Iām learning more and more of the classical work from my private instructor and itās directly influencing my classes and workouts.
