- I love being able to run in the Spartan race earlier this week!
I didn’t do any intense training before hand and just ran to have fun. What helped a lot was having a friend to run with me and motivate each other. It was amazing to see the work my body could do for me. If you have any chance to join a race definitely do it, you’ll amaze yourself.
I wasn’t there to compete by a long shot clocking a 1hr and 13 minute time slot. Here’s to more healthy movement and challenging my body in 2024.
