My skin can breath no product on but moisturizer

I suffer from bipolar, and I feel inadequate and low. I got this tattoo to remind me that I am enough, and through out all the shit I have gone through with addiction and depression. A lotus thrives from dirt so as an example I survived all the dirt and it bloomed into a beautiful lotus 💖

I normally cut my hair and color it every 6 weeks, unfortunately money is tight so it been a while since I cut it, it’s normally chin length, I’m thinking of growing it what should I do?
