I’ve learned to prioritize quality over quantity, and it has transformed my social experience. Having more of myself means embracing authenticity and showing up honestly in every part of life. Letting go of a dis-regulated nervous system and focusing on calm Sunday rituals helps me recharge and avoid burnout. This practice reminds me to be present and nurture my mental health. Finally, a powerful reminder I keep repeating to myself is: "don’t look back, you’re not going that way." Holding onto past mistakes or regrets only distracts from the path ahead. By consciously choosing what to welcome in my life and what to leave out, I feel more aligned and ready for what 2026 holds.
