En qué punto te diste cuenta que los productos estancados también te hacen perder dinero? 😔

From my personal experience managing inventory, I realized that holding onto products that don’t sell can seriously impact cash flow and business growth. Many sellers get emotionally attached to certain items, especially if they enjoy making them, but if customers don’t buy them, it’s actually costing you money. One key tip is to track sales carefully—if a product hasn't sold in the last few orders or months, it might be time to reconsider its place in your catalog. Sometimes, even if you enjoy creating a particular product, it doesn't mean your audience wants it. In such cases, promoting the product more strategically can help. For example, leveraging social media channels and targeted promotions could raise product visibility and attract potential buyers. If after promotion the product still doesn’t move, consider phasing it out to avoid unnecessary inventory costs. This approach keeps your offerings fresh and relevant. Personally, I started categorizing my products into three groups: items I love and sell well (keep), items I enjoy making but don’t sell (promote or consider removal), and items I don’t enjoy or sell (eliminate). By making these tough decisions early, you’ll save money and mental energy, allowing you to focus on products your customers truly want. Trust me, the day you’re tired or out of motivation, having unsold stock waiting for you can be overwhelming. Simplifying your inventory helps maintain your passion and keeps your business sustainable.
