Today's adventure
#Lemon8 Well, Samson decided he wanted a little extra attention on the way to Buses by the Bridge in Lake Havasu. We loaded him up with our camp gear and hit the road—made it a whole 15 miles before he decided it was nap time. Had to grab a trailer to give him a lift, and then, because why stop there, someone pulled out in front of us, and we gently introduced our motorhome to their car. (Thankfully, everyone is okay!)
Finally made it to Lake Havasu, but our ‘front of the line’ dreams turned into #79 . The next morning, Samson got a second wind... for half the distance, before he tapped out again, landing us at # 165 in line.
Despite the hiccups, our campsite is set up, the river view is amazing, and we’re officially in rest and relax mode. Thank you, Jesus, for getting us here safely, even if Samson tried to keep it interesting! Here’s to adventures, a little patience, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Breaking down and getting towed, as is often the case with older models, makes for great stories and teaches resilience. Despite setbacks, the beauty of nature can bring peace and joy when we reach our destination.
