Seven years ago, we started a business with just two girlfriends, opened a small condo brokerage firm, and the initial funding was only 100,000 baht, went to a booth around the mall, and it was called a ruined capital startup, and found no success.
It's only been two years of COVID poisoning, and when the mall closes, it has to adapt online instead. It's made of a condo broker, it's a law firm. From three to four businesses, it's only one thing to go back and forth. 😂
They call it situational adjustment, but it is the only business that makes a lot of monthly revenue. It has also touched 1,000,000 per month. This potential, so we look at the expansion into the capital. This is how much the country is doing. If there is a branch in Bangkok, how much will it be?
🔥🔥 We started by renting a meeting room in a friend's company to talk to customers when they had an appointment in Bangkok, where they were mainly online or coffee shops, and we tried short-term rentals to see the trend that if they were rented at a cost per month of tens of thousands, would we survive?
The results were better than expected. There were customers making appointments every week, so they started looking for an office seriously. For many months, because the rent was so expensive, 50,000 + +, so they had to move a lot of things until they found a place in the seventh battery, and the space and function could create ideas for us to make an office.
Last year, we had almost no time to play social media, didn't pay attention to updating the concert, because we mainly cared about business with the second branch, plus raising children, was out of time, out of energy to do anything else.
But the result is nothing to regret, because this year we have actually been abroad for our first time too, going without anything to worry about, because the work is already a problem, come back and solve it. If we stay, we will solve it. If we do not come back, we solve it. Hahahahaha
Whoever you are, if you believe in something, then make it to the end. But have to make money first. Because money is the main factor of life. Whoever says that money is not important means that person is rich or the house is rich. We are not rich, we have to continue to struggle to make money. Because if we do not find it now, our future will struggle because there is no money anyway. It encourages everyone who is making money. Someday it must be our day.

การทำธุรกิจในระยะยาวโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการเริ่มต้นจากทุนจำนวนน้อย เป็นเรื่องที่ต้องใช้ความมานะและความอดทนสูงมาก ผมเองก็มีประสบการณ์คล้ายๆ กับเรื่องราวนี้ที่เล่าไว้ สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการรู้จักปรับตัวและเห็นโอกาสในวิกฤต ตอนเริ่มต้น ผมก็เริ่มจากเงินลงทุนไม่มากนัก และด้วยวิกฤตโควิดที่ผ่านมา การต้องเปลี่ยนช่องทางทำธุรกิจจากออฟไลน์เป็นออนไลน์ก็เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนที่สำคัญมาก บางคนอาจมองว่าเป็นเรื่องท้าทายแต่ถ้าเรามองว่าเป็นโอกาส การค้นหาสินค้าหรือบริการในช่องทางออนไลน์ก็เพิ่มมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการขยายสาขาเหมือนที่เล่ามา การเลือกที่ตั้งที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องใส่ใจอย่างมาก ค่าเช่าสำนักงานอาจสูงแต่ถ้าได้นำเสนอประสบการณ์และบริการที่ตรงใจลูกค้า ก็สามารถเสริมสร้างรายได้จนคุ้มค่าได้ ก่อนจะเข้าไปขยายสาขาในกรุงเทพฯ ผมแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการเช่าที่ประชุมหรือลงพื้นที่แบบสั้นๆ ทดสอบตลาดและพฤติกรรมลูกค้าแบบเดียวกับที่ผู้เขียนทำ จะช่วยให้ลดความเสี่ยงและเก็บข้อมูลแก่การตัดสินใจได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การไม่ละเลยเรื่องการอัพเดตคอนเทนต์บนโซเชียลมีเดียก็มีผลเช่นกัน แม้ว่าจะยุ่งกับการบริหารธุรกิจและชีวิตส่วนตัว การสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและสร้างแบรนด์ให้เป็นที่จดจำก็ช่วยให้ธุรกิจเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน สุดท้าย ผมอยากเน้นเรื่องความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเองและการลงมือทำให้ถึงที่สุด มีเงินทุนที่มั่นคงและวางแผนการเงินที่ดีจะช่วยให้ไม่เกิดปัญหาการเงินในอนาคต ในการสร้างธุรกิจเล็กๆ ที่มั่นคงและขยายได้ต่อไปอย่างช้าๆ แต่มั่นคงและยั่งยืน
