Okay, let's be real, who doesn't love a good cheeseburger? And gnocchi? Combine the two into a hearty, one-pan dish, and you've got pure comfort food magic! I know many of you are searching for 'cheeseburger gnocchi soup,' and while this recipe (my absolute go-to!) is more of a thick, saucy skillet meal, it totally hits all those comforting, 'soupy' notes you're craving. I was initially skeptical about combining gnocchi with cheeseburger flavors, but oh my goodness, it works! The beauty of this dish is its versatility. If you're truly aiming for a thinner 'soup' consistency, a simple trick is to add an extra half cup to a full cup of Beef Broth in step 3. Instead of boiling until most liquid is absorbed, you can reduce it just enough to thicken slightly, leaving more saucy goodness behind. This makes it perfect for scooping up with some crusty bread – trust me, you'll want to soak up every last bit! When I make this, I always make sure to use quality ingredients. Those Rana Gnocchi (like the ones I spotted in my grocery haul!) are fantastic because they get wonderfully crispy on the outside and stay soft inside. And for that essential cheeseburger kick, a good amount of seasoning is key. Don't be shy! I also love the little bit of heat and freshness that the Rotel provides – it really brightens up the rich, savory flavors of the beef and cheese. For an extra cheeseburger touch, sometimes I'll stir in a tablespoon of yellow mustard or a dash of Worcestershire sauce with the beef broth. And if you're feeling fancy, a sprinkle of fresh chopped pickles or a drizzle of special burger sauce right before serving takes it to the next level. This meal is incredibly satisfying, delivering about 60 grams of protein per serving, making it not just delicious but also super filling. It's truly a winner for any night of the week, especially when you need something quick, comforting, and packed with flavor!

Going to make this tonight. Can’t wait to see how it turns out
