Baked salmon (seasoned & baked with butter, onion & lemon — covered with foil on 350 for ab 20 mins)! I also cooked a few pieces of shrimp in the crunchy chilly oil from trader joes — SOOO GOOD!

Definitely worth the hype! This sandwich was so much lighter on my stomach than the real deal (which I love!!) 🥞☕️ I added some thick cut applewood bacon & a folded egg with s&p, american cheese.
