Hint, mediocre thanks to a wedding venue trip 😂

💦 75oz of water - always. i bring my big mama jama of a cup everywhere with me!

👣 7,000 steps - no 🫠 but to be fair! i was in the car for half the day and sitting with my coordinator for like 2 hours lol

🥙 Practice portion control - mmmmhm! the mans made me eggs with feta and made bread because we were out 😩 lunch was a couple beef sticks and cheese sticks followed by an early dinner where i boxed up half of my wrap, ate some bbq loaded waffle fries and a side of coleslaw 🤌🏻

💪🏻 workout 3x a week - almost died this morning thanks to grow with jo 😭

🧴 Daily skincare - yis 🤘🏻

📚 Read for 30 minutes a day - let’s get in some Lessons in Chemistry before bed!!

🥤 No soda - water coffee more water some more water and then a celsius during the drive followed by more water!

🍹 Alcohol only on social occasions- ✔️

🎨 Be creative 1x a week - 🫢
