5 tips* To Becoming a Morning Person
1. Go to bed between 8:00pm and 10:00pm to ensure you’ll get enough sleep.
2. Keep your blinds or curtains open to let the morning sunlight in. This may encourage you to get your day started as soon as the sun rises.
3. Count 1-2-3 Go! and get out of bed. No thinking, just action!
4. Hitting snooze will only make you more groggy
when it’s time to get up. Just don’t do it!
5. Make the morning something you look forward to. For me, it’s that delicious morning coffee ☕️
