You gotta start being SMART with your goals!!!

S. Be ✨specific✨What is it exactly that you want to achieve?

M. Make sure it’s ✨measurable✨ whether it’s a goal weight or a savings goal, write it down and use it as a reminder of where you want to be.

A. Is it ✨achievable✨? Don’t make a goal so unreasonable that you’ll fail. Ask yourself, “can I truly do this with the time and energy that I have, or is this a little over zealous?”

R. Make it ✨relevant✨ your goals should align with your identity (who you are or who you want to become).

T. Goals should be ✨time✨ bound. Setting a complete date will hold you accountable.

No excuses. If a goal no longer aligns with the future you wish to have, then let it go! You can have the life you believe you deserve🌸
