Stretching

- Engage in gentle stretching exercises to awaken your body. Consider:

- Neck rolls

- Shoulder stretches

- Side bends

- Forward folds

- Cat-Cow stretches

- Spend about 10-15 minutes on these stretches, focusing on areas where you feel tension.

Journaling

- Grab a journal and spend 10–15 minutes writing. You might include:

- Three things you’re grateful for

- Reflections on any dreams or thoughts from the previous night
