These two parts are not separate, but the same route.

1. Goal of life

The Buddha did not teach that the goal of life was

• Rich

• Famous

• Authorized

• Have a family

• Happy from the erotic

These are just "what can happen," but not the ultimate goal.

He said,

Because everything that happens is nonexistent.

What is impromptu is miserable.

What is suffering is not the true self.

He pointed out that

The goal of life is to know the truth of nature so that the mind is no longer dominated by adherence.

When the mind doesn't seize

The mind is therefore free.

2. Goals during living

Even the ultimate goal is to break free.

But as for the ruler of the house, he teaches a lot of perfect living.

"Live with mindfulness, precepts, concentration, and wisdom, to know the truths of nature, to reduce adherence, and to reach independence from suffering."

In this view, Buddhism is not aimed at abandoning worldly life but at living knowingly in the world, developing itself ethically, mentally, and intellectually to the extent that it can live in the midst of steady and internal change.
