When the hands touch the soil... the heart begins to touch itself.

Many times in life, we spend too much time thinking.

Think of what passed...

Worried about what's yet to come...

Forget how we feel about "now."

At the dirt house...

The pottery activity is not just the creation of bricks.

It creates a space for us to connect with nature and connect with ourselves.

When the hands slowly massage the soil.

Touch the cold, moisture and surface of nature.

The mind slowly slows down.

The chaotic thoughts became sparse.

We began to listen to inner voices that might have been neglected for a long time.

Some have let go of fatigue.

Some have laid out stories in the past.

Some people discover a calm that is not caused by trying.

But it stems from being fully "with what is being done."

The soil doesn't accelerate us.

Nature does not judge us.

And silence... often leads us to find answers that the heart has been searching for for a long time.

Mindfulness is therefore not just meditation.

It is the perception of every touch, every breath and every feeling that occurs today.
