When Your Body Needs More Than Water
One thing I’ve learned on my wellness journey is that hydration is about more than just drinking water. When you’re sweating, spending time in the heat, exercising, or traveling, your body also loses electrolytes that help support fluid balance, muscle function, and endurance.
