Taking my health serious -no more games

So this month, I’ve decided to take my health seriously. I’m eating at home more, and learning how to cook (the air fryer is my best friend). I’ve been eating a high protein, low sugar/carb diet. Honestly, I haven’t been eating as much this month. I try to listen to my body and only eat when I feel hungry. I feel a big mistake that we make is that we confuse the feeling of hunger with the feeling of thirst. I’m learning how to listen to my body and I’ve learned that my body needs more water than food throughout the day. I carry a gallon water bottle with me at all times. And there are days when I drink even 2 gallons of water. I have been eating in a calorie deficit, because of this reason.

So far this month, I’ve been to the gym five times. Five times in two weeks. Before this, I haven’t been to the gym in about 4-5 months. 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I tell you, my body has been in pain. 😂 I have been sore every day this month. I’m trying to work and activate all my muscles. So my whole body has been sore. I’ve been doing strength training and cardio at the end of sessions. My main focus is my glutes, like most of us. 😂 and I’m happy to see the progress and just these two weeks. I have a weak gluteus medius, as you can see in the first photo. You can see the lack of the muscle, and how it has grown in the second picture. I also struggle with cellulite and you can see that the cellulite is slowly disappearing.
