Today, I took myself out on a little shopping date. Went to Target and purchased a few items in which I’m proud of myself because I only spent $35.00. 😂 Also went to Five Below and grabbed few books. But the most sacred part of my day was going to my mom’s gravesite and spending time there.

I’m down 39 lbs & am so happy! I’ve been trying to switch my meals up so I don’t get too bored but honestly all these meals have been super tasty. Losing weight does not have to be boring! Along with my improved eating habits, I am also working out 4-5 times a week. Plus 10K steps daily + drink
