1. Unplug to hear yourself again
Even 30–60 minutes with no phone, no TV, no outside noise. Sit, walk, or breathe. Mental clutter thrives on constant input—silence is the reset button.
2. Thought detox (dump it out)
Write everything on your mind without editing. Anger, fear, to-do lists, random thoughts. Then close the notebook. You don’t have to solve it all—just get it out of your head.
3. Clean your environment = clean your mind
Clear one small space (your bag, car, nightstand). Your brain mirrors your surroundings. Order outside creates calm inside.
