1st year - I dropped all bad eating habits, it was a real 12 months battle going back n forth and that's fine. 2nd year - Picked up new eating habits and cut off lunch meals. Breaking my fast every noon. 3rd year - Getting used to my new habits and adding up new ones my body communicates
