28 Jan 2026 - A Rose and A Happy Horse
Today is a simple day. I was happy. Learnt how to draw roses starting with a simple Letter Y. And I drew a horse that looks happy :)
If you're interested in drawing dheki art or similar creative styles, starting with simple shapes and letters can make the process enjoyable and less intimidating. For example, beginning a rose sketch with a 'Y' shape helps establish the structure of petals naturally, making your artwork more approachable. When drawing animals like horses, focus on expressions that convey emotions—such as a happy horse smile—to bring your art to life. I've found that practicing these basic techniques regularly boosts confidence and adds personality to your sketches. Using simple letters or shapes as building blocks is a great way to build foundational skills before moving on to more complex drawings. Additionally, experimenting with different lines and strokes in your dheki art can help create unique textures and styles that reflect your personal touch. Remember, drawing is a journey of learning and enjoyment. Embracing simple methods and joyful subjects encourages creativity and persistence, making art a rewarding hobby.
