Walking down baby at 37.5wks 🤍

One of the ways to naturally induce labor at 37.5 wks is by walking to encourage the baby to descend and put pressure on the cervix. And although results may vary it did help me with lower pelvic pain and tightness 🙌🏽 Still no labor yet tho ☺️ #inducing #babytips #37weekspregnant
